Not an average day at work....
In our introduction of Rodgers Inspire 343 we talked about its' flexible/programmable audio that would allow it to fit in a home or studio or a Cathedral. Today, one moved into a Cathedral. Saint Benedict Cathedral in Evansville Indiana will eventually have a wonderful custom pipe organ. Until that time they will be inspired by - a Rodgers Inspire. The difficulty was in moving the organ into the balcony. Switchbacks in the stairways were too limited to turn the organ. And, the three sets of stairs had 8, 11 and finally 17 steps! The 25' clearance needed was higher than our traditional lifts so an indoor crane was needed. As construction continues the installation will be completed in about a month.

2019 is another exciting year at Classic Organs of Indiana, Inc.. New organs will soon be installed in Saint John Lutheran Church - Flatrock (Monroeville) and Saint Mary Parish (Ireland, Indiana). We have also completed a very beautiful home installation of pipes that married to a Rodgers Infinity console as well as an organ at Concordia Lutheran in Fort Wayne.
It has been a busy time at Classic Organs of Indiana, Inc. In addition to a pipe installation that will be debuted soon, here are pictures from several recent installations and Dan Miller's workshop and concert. Each of these churches now enjoys a beautiful new three manual Rodgers organ.
